Today I was productively procrastinating. Completely burnt out to the point I couldn’t focus on chem or really read anything, I decided to work on a few lol things I had lying around in an attempt to relax; it worked pretty well.
A few days ago, I did a redraw of an old comic strip I drew a much longer time ago. I broke out my dip pens for the inking of this one, and was delighted to find I did’t forget how to use them. I finished the inking, but the pic was taken before then. I’ll scan it and post it later, maybe with a painted version? We’ll see.
The other is a mug cover I finally sketched the other day. I inked it today while at SCCG work night. It gave me a chance to try out some new disposable brush pens I bought last month. I really like the feel of them, may use ‘em more on those times I ink on the go.
