Remember kids, you should always be the hero character in the video game that is your life!
And probably not the shopkeeper NPC, like me.

I’d read a story about a shopkeeper if it was told well is all I’m saying.

Oh gosh, I have this moment every once in a while!

Didn’t even draw the kitties right, their eyes were more dilated then that.
Really though they look so frazzled, I laugh every time I look down while doing Vanna. XD
Also, why did I seem to do nothing that week in March…

I just keep giggling imagining Ten fussing over the idea that a poor drawing of him was colored in outside the lines. Teehee.
Welp, gonna play some Portal >:3

Finally I finished my papers, two more to go before the end of the semester, but at least I got a breather today.
I played Minecraft, cooked myself yummy food, cleaned my art-desk (dusted it really TTwTT), and worked a little on a bunch of art stuff.
That included some of a comic I’m way overdue on and just doing out of a pitiful sense of pride… Still I noticed something. I do plan and thumbnail most all my comics, and I love doing a comic digitally ‘cause I can expand smaller digital and traditional thumbnails to final size so I don’t gotta redraw! When I first did this the thumbnails were so detailed they almost stood alone, but as I practiced at it I learned to shorthand alot of stuff. Like here, there’s mostly just vague positioning, dialogue, and doodles of expressions. They don’t even really have necks or bodies sketched in!
I just think it’s kinda funny in a weird way. But my fave are the sketches for more complicated panels involving action and or backgrounds, they involve my notes like arrows, checks and x’s, and words that are supposed to remind me of something or another. I even do it on sketches for drawings I think will be complicated
Does anyone else do stuff like this? Y’know write notes on art stuff, or is my studiousness just that badly ingrained in me =w=’
